RF Guide is an independent, unofficial resource focused on helping people set up, use, and troubleshoot the RoboForm password manager, along with general password-security habits.
Why this site exists
Official product pages are often written for marketing rather than for the specific question someone has when a browser extension won't load, or when they're deciding whether a password manager fits their habits at all. RF Guide exists to fill that gap with plain, practical explanations.
Our approach
We describe features and behavior in general terms based on publicly available information, avoid overstating what any password manager can do, and are upfront about trade-offs. We don't collect vault contents, passwords, or payment details through this site.
What we are not
We are not RoboForm, and we are not Siber Systems, Inc. We don't process RoboForm accounts, billing, or official support requests. For anything account-specific, please use RoboForm's own official website and support channels.
